General
If there are no special agreements between Kvarntorps Herrgård and the customer the reservation is binding from the customer’s reception of the confirmation by e-mail, fax or similar.

Arrival and Departure
The room or apartment is at your disposal from at latest 3pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure check out time is at 11pm at latest. Your reservation is valid until 6pm the day of arrival. If you are delayed you have the responsibility to call/leave a message before 6pm of the day of arrival. You have also the responsibility to call/leave a massage the arrival day that you are arriving before 6pm.

Cancellation
If there are no special agreements between Kvarntorps Herrgård and the customer the cancellation have to be made at latest 6pm, 14 days before the arrival day. If the resevation is made later than 14 days before arrival you have to make your cancellation latest 6pm the day before your arrival day. If not you have to pay one night.

Early Departure or Residence at Unspecified Time
If booked in for a fixed period but customer chooses to leave early the customer has to pay for one extra night. If customer stays at unspecified time and lengthen the stay by one night at a time the customer has to announce the departure at latest 6pm the day before. If not customer has to pay one night extra. If Kvarntorps Herrgård does not have the possibility to lengthen the customer’s stay for another night it is obliged to inform the customer at latest 6pm the day before the last day.

Payment
Payments should always be made in advance. We have the right to decline foreign currency, payment cards etc. Kvarntorps Herrgård has by law the right to keep goods and sell it if payments are not honored.

Your Own Security
Make sure you know where all emergency exits and fire extinguishers are at all times.

Other
There is a strict non-smoking policy in the whole area of Kvarntorps Herrgård, i.e. all buildings and all land but the guest parking area. Transgression charges will be applicable covering costs for redevelopment of rooms or contaminated areas.                             Back to Reservation
